We would like to advise all our guests flying this festive season to be at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight.
This is to avoid any congestion due to the large volume of guests
expected in the next few days (15 August - 2 September 2012).
Utilising our Web Check-In feature before your flight also will help you skip the queues at the airport, as currently our AirAsia Mobile App (Blackberry, iPhone, Androis) is unavailable until further notice.
If you have done mobile check-in previously, you are
advised to do web or kiosk check-in again or be at the airport at least
3 hours before your flight.
